Return Policy

At Lampi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, the following terms apply:

Right of Withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Distance Sales Act.

Return Conditions

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, preferably in its original packaging. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed for return. The return shipping cost is paid by you as the customer. The cost depends on weight, size, and chosen carrier. We always recommend trackable shipping, as you are responsible for the return until it has reached our warehouse.

We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the return has arrived at our warehouse, or when you have provided valid proof of return shipment (e.g., tracking number). We will refund the amount to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. If you prefer, we can instead offer a store credit with +10% extra to use in our shop. Please let us know if you would like this option. Refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days after the return has been received.

Exchanges

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will replace it free of charge with a new product. We may require photos of the damage before approving the exchange.

Non-Approved Returns
